On July 17th, 2023, an amendment was made to City Ordinance Chapter 82, in which all private property owners are required to hire a private utility contractor (which must be licensed) to install new or relocated water and sewer taps. The amended Ordinance becomes effective October 1st, 2023 and will not be deviated from.
