The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), also known as SARA Title III, contains regulations regarding the storage and release of hazardous materials, including the Tier II requirements. North Carolina and Davidson County require submission of Tier II reports via EPlan. Solely paper submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the submitter.
